Peculiarities of production
The production of curbs starts with the mortar. Reinforced concrete is used in the basis. The cement grade is selected in such a way that the output is a strong, solid curb with excellent strength characteristics. Additional reinforcement, as well as the inclusion of stabilizing additives, only improve the quality of the product.
The main characteristics of the curbs are:
- excellent resistance to the external environment;
- mechanical strength – the curb calmly tolerates collisions with vehicles without further destruction of the structure of the concrete pour;

Ready mortar is evenly distributed over the mold under the influence of constant vibration. This eliminates the formation of cavities, air pockets and other defects that negatively affect the strength of the product.
